You are to write a 3000-word report as though you were a consultant writing to the board of directors of a listed company of your choice from the Financial sector,which will be different from the main assignment.For your given company critically analyze why:
(i) the company’s corporate objectives have changed over the past 3 years and the key opportunities and major problems that the company has encountered over the past 3 years and is now facing going forward
(ii) Corporate Reporting is necessary in context of the capital markets
(iii) The share price moved(up,down or remain edroughly the same)on the day of publication
(iv) The balance sheet value was different to the market capitalization of the company on the day the annual accounts were published
