As a part of a social justice, strategy organizations should identify change champions or ambassadors who are influential, admired and respected by individuals with whom they work. Think about a leader you have worked with or someone you know who is or was a change champion. Discuss some of the key issues that were addressed. If you do not know a change champion, think of some of the current issues you would address if given the opportunity to be a change champion at an organization.
