Leadership according to me has been my capability to inspire others towards achieving a common goal. After completing the LPI challenge I have been able to find out my own strengths and weaknesses that have been able to make me a proper and efficient leader. My strengths lie in the area of modelling the way for the followers, inspiring others to follow a vision and in making others to act properly. I have been able to develop myself as an able and capable influencer. My influencing power helps me to guide the individuals which is important for achieving the goals easily. Apart from such a thing, I am also able to lead the followers towards the right path by helping them with showing them the way towards success. Such a process has been important for my leadership development process. Inspiring others also helps me gain confidence which is important for a leader.
Unlike my strengths in inspiring others and showing the followers the way towards success, I have my own weaknesses in leadership process. My lack of proper energy to challenge the system and opt for innovation has been one of my weak areas. The lack of proper innovative ideas compels me to go with traditional ideas which are sometimes not liked by the followers. I believe I must take the opportunity to develop and implement innovative and new ideas in order to ensure success in the most efficient manner. Such a process can also help me to gain confidence and deliver best results. Apart from this, I also needs to encourage the followers from heart which can make them more dedicated towards the system and encourage them to work in a more professional and efficient process. Such a process will help the followers to learn new skills and develop their overall capability.

I believe I need to work on my confidence levels by means of exploring new waters and implementing new and innovative leadership capabilities. Implementation of efficient and organized leadership capabilities is important for the development of business in the most organized manner. The use of innovative leadership styles can be helpful for me to address new leadership challenges. Apart from such a process, I can also encourage myself by developing abilities that can make the followers work from their heart. Such a process will enable the followers to attain extra confidence to work professionally and efficiently. I believe I must take the opportunity to develop and implement innovative and new ideas in order to ensure success in the most efficient manner. Such a process can also help me to gain confidence and deliver best results. Focusing on these areas will surely help me to gain more strength in modelling the way for the followers and making them capable to act in the right manner.
