The PowerPoint should define a quality problem, include supporting data, and include a recommended improvement approach
and metrics. A high level charter should also be presented that includes recommended team members, timelines, and resource requests. Be sure to organize your presentation in an easy to understand, compelling manner. Include voiceovers with the
presentation. You should use the problem you presented in Week 1 (Clinical Workflow Optimization) and can refer to assignments you created throughout class as the basis for your final presentation.
