• Select an article or topic of interest that relates to an area of cardiopulmonary medicine that you are interested in. Then find resources pertaining to the selected topic. Your Professional journals, i.e. Respiratory Care will be a good resource for up-to-date articles.
• Article sources must be from a medical or allied health journal or periodical or a reliable online resource that is peer-reviewed, the articles must have been published in the last 5 years in order to have the most recent research and evidence.
• These journals and online resources can be found in the EFSC Library, in various health agencies, or online via the library system. If you are unfamiliar with online medical research, please seek the help of a librarian.
• The actual article review needs to span at least 2-3 pages and a copy of the article source must be turned in with your written report.
