The purpose of this assignment is to engage in critical analysis of a topic(s) from this current learning module, and to then interact with your peers to enhance further learning. Using your course textbook, please do the following: In Ch 13, the author discusses the concept of grandparenthood. Please review the section in the textbook and discuss the various ways that grandparents interact with grandchildren. Discuss what research has to say about the meaningfulness of a grandparent-child relationship, and please offer any personal reflections as well. Examine the role of grandparents within families from diverse cultural and ethnic perspectives. What does existing research reveal about the variations in these roles across different cultures and ethnicities? Additionally, share your own experiences or observations on how cultural backgrounds influence the roles of grandparents within families. Initial post should be at least 300 words.
