ECE 115 Introduction to Electrical and Computer Engineering The course introduces students to electrical and computer engineering concepts such as electronic devices, digital logic, circuit analysis, practical applications, fundamental electromagnetism, sensors, communications, and programming. In this course, students are taught the principles and operation of applications of common sensors such as light sensors, temperature sensors and pressure sensors. This course provides students with an understanding of electronic devices, digital logic and programming, circuit analysis, sensors, communications, electromagnetics and principles of electrical and computer engineering. This course teaches students to use engineering judgment to draw conclusions, develop and conduct appropriate experiments, and interpret and analyze data.
