In Ch 13, the author discusses the concept of grandparenthood. Please review the section in the textbook and discuss the various ways that grandparents interact with grandchildren.
Discuss what research has to say about the meaningfulness of a grandparent-child relationship, and please offer any personal reflections as well.
Please discuss the ethnic/cultural differences that exist with regard to the role that grandparents take within the family. What does research say about this? What are your personal experiences with observing differences in this regard?
