This is a research proposal paper for a research & methods class. The topic or research question for the paper is what is the relationship between tourism budgets and parks & rec departments? More specifically, do tourism bureaus with higher budgets have better recreation departments in terms of facilities and services offered?
The paper will need to include an abstract, introduction, literary review, research methods section, summary, and reference page. I have included the rubric as well as an example of how the paper is supposed to be formatted. For this assignment, studies or results are not expected for the paper. Instead, this part of the paper needs to include what type of data would be collected and how it would be analyzed. Eight of the sources for the paper have to be scholarly peer-reviewed sources.
