Mental health in the workplace I choose this topic as it is close to me personally. I feel that in this day and age there is a lot of stress placed on people in the workplace to meet deadlines and reach targets that may have an impact on peoples mental health. I think that the HSA has let this topic fall behind and that there is not enough information or guidelines out there to help the employers and the employees that may be suffering.
