Assignment task: Participate in the discussion of five topics with a contribution consisting of a minimum of 200 words which relates to the module and key concepts raised within the lectures.

Learning outcome 1: Understand how to analyse an organisation’s current and future internal and external environment
Learning outcome 2: Develop a strategic marketing plan to realise organisational objectives
Learning outcome 3: Manage resources to deliver the strategic marketing plan
Learning outcome 4: Monitor, measure and adapt the marketing plan for continuous improvement

Task requirement:

• 5 topics will be put up for discussion on the online forum on Blackboard with a 2% weighting for each of the topics.

o Market Segmentation
o Marketing mix
o Branding and integrated marketing communication
o Measurement of marketing success

• Students must write a minimum of 200 words per topic discussed which could be either a single contribution or responses to other students’ contributions on the topic being discussed.
