There were many activities that were trained during the training period, including investment management, how to invest in the facility, methods of presenting investment opportunities for competitors, and methods of marketing for investment sites, presenting them and introducing them to investors. As well as training on paid health services, including the treatment of expatriates and foreigners in government hospitals. There are some educational specialties that are trained for long periods with a fee to be paid to the entity. And training in claims management, which are claims made for health insurance for people who have been covered by insurance. Training and utilizing many functions. I have been trained in how to deal with others and how to get the work done right with the least effort and the highest quality. You have been trained on how to live with the work atmosphere, bear the pressure, find solutions to some issues, make decisions, attend meetings with the department manager and department heads, discuss some issues and problems related to the workflow, and discuss everything related to that. Training is an important educational course that one must take to meet the required qualifications . It is an exercise that helps students gain practical experience to supplement course study at the moment of their learning. The Institutions Departments The following are the departments in the General Directorate of Health Affairs: 7 Health service in return College of Administration and Finance Sciences 1.6.1 General Department of Legal Affairs This is the department that deals with the organization and legal representation of the General Directorate of Health Affairs. In the case of a facility issue, the legal team represents the health in the courts. The team is also responsible for making deals and making sure that rejections that require legal issues are well taken care of. 1.6.2 The Human Resource Department The HRM function is essentially an administrative function. The department is responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions of the facility run smoothly. 1.6.3 The General Department of Information Technology The department is considered one of the main departments in the General Directorate of Health Affairs, as most of the operations of the facility are digital. The IT department is also responsible for all communications inside and outside the facility using technologies. 1.6.4 Finance and Accounts Department. The Finance and Accounts Department is responsible for all financial transactions received and sent outside the Directorate. The department also arranges the directorate’s payroll and budgets and keeps all transactions made in the health directorate. 1.6.5 Economic Research Department. The economic research department is in charge of doing the global economic research related to General Directorate of Health Affairs. 1.6.6. International Affair Department The Department of Health Affairs is one of the most important departments internationally and globally 1.8. General Directorate of Health Affairs came up with its information technology company responsible for communication technologies. The telecommunication technology of Saudi Aramco has digitalized their operations, such as improving their database security from hackers and improving the radio communications with engineers in the field. By connecting physical assets such as machines with digital systems, businesses can generate accurate insights, respond in real-time to challenges, and become more efficient. 9 College of Administration and Finance Sciences 1.10 The Planning and Control Activities Financial planning in the General Directorate of Health Affairs and Quality Control is carried out through two separate departments, and each department does its work well and on a large scale. The other department is the Quality Department and works with a scheme, methods, studies and standards followed globally in the application of quality in the various departments and activities of the health facility, and it is considered one of the distinguished facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 1.11 The Financial Analysis and Decision-Making Methods. It can be defined that the financial analysis methods and tools of the General Directorate of Health Affairs are one of the means and methods used by each facility in the financial analysis to reach its financial position and used in this facility (horizontal analysis) General Directorate of Health Affairs uses autonomous decision-making methods by engaging the collective opinion of all the departments before arriving at a final decision. I was also assisting the employee in entering data for the amounts supplied to the health account. I was also following up the progress of work with colleagues under the guidance of the director of the department for self-resources. I also worked in the office of the director of the administration for self-resources, and among the tasks that I carried out was following up on some of the tasks assigned to me by the director of the administration and giving reports on them. I also worked with some colleagues in the departments in completing the transactions entrusted to them, such as receiving the transaction, examining it and then entering it into the facility system with the help of colleagues and following up on its approval by the director of the department. And he made some reports in cooperation with colleagues in following up on hospital revenues in exchange for paid treatment. 12 College of Administration and Finance Sciences I worked with colleagues to review contract procedures for investing. 2.4 The Gained Skills I learned to live with the atmosphere of field work, and I learned the skill of dealing with the boss in carrying out what is required of me from the work, and I learned the skill of dealing with others in providing service to them. I learned the skill of dealing with the work environment and performing the tasks required of me, including receiving the incoming transactions from the hospitals to the administration, following up their auditing with the concerned employee and entering them into the financial system. I learned the skill of time management at work and decision-making. discipline in time. 2.4.1 The Excel Pivot Table During the Internship, I learned how excel pivots were created when giving SAP reports. I got the opportunity to learn how to write a report that has an Excel pivot and send the pivot using mail to the company team. The Internship also gave me skills in using excel shortcuts while creating pivot reports from the SAP system. This enhanced my speed when reporting by the use of excel. 2.4.2 Writing Minutes During the Internship, I gained skills in writing brief notes about the minutes of the meeting. I managed to understand the format used in writing minutes of the Established through the support and help of staff and my supervisor. 2.4.3 Writing Business Letters During the internship, I acquired the skills to write letters in the self-resources section, and there were a lot of samples that I used as a reference to understand what is needed for content and what form to use in writing a business letter with the help of my co-worker. 2.4.4 Time Management Skills During the Internship, I understood and came up with time management skills that involved me knowing the concept and the need for prioritizing my activities. This was by the help of my supervisor, who ensured that I did not misuse the time. 13 College of Administration and Finance Sciences 2. 5 Types of incentives It was one of the types of incentives that I gained the confidence in which I worked by the director of the department for self-resources and thanks in front of colleagues directly. 2.6 Documentation type description and analysis One of the documents that I worked on is a document called Receipt Form No (3) and this is considered an official document and an arrest warrant form. This document is delivered when there is a delivery of money to the Fund and a currency for preparing the exchange order on the PRF financial system, which is a very accurate system that the Ministry of Health works on in recording transactions For disbursement, it is approved by the entry employee, the head of the department, and the manager of the administration, and it is very accurate. 2. 7 The Application of theories during the internship period 2.7.1 The leadership Theories; behavioural Theory The behavioural leadership theory focuses on how leaders behave and assumes that other leaders can copy these traits. The style theory suggests that leaders aren’t born successful but can be created based on learnable behaviour. Behavioural theories of leadership focus heavily on the actions of a leader—this Theory suggests that the best predictor of leadership success is viewing how a leader acts. Through the Theory, I gained skills and learned from the leaders of the administration and tried to imitate them so that I could be successful in all aspects of as a trainee. The administration This enables me to focus on ensuring quality behaviour required in the administration and my future career advancement 2.8. The Lesson learns during the Internship. Some of the Lessons learned during the internship period include 1. Upon completing the Internship, I learned how one could distribute the task fairly among the team members. This was beneficial in completing the job in time and ensuring that we worked as a team to deliver compelling work performance. 14 College of Administration and Finance Sciences 2. The second llesson learned was to finish the task ahead of time. This is important since it gives on time to relax before they can begin the next activity and enables them to make a plan before initiation. 3. The other Lesson learned was leadership skills since I was the team leader of the trainees. I greatly benefited from this through learning from my superiors and attending the meetings. 15 College of Administration and Finance Sciences CHAPTER THREE Recommendations 3 .Introduction This chapter focuses on exploring the challenges the trainee faced during the Internship and how the student managed to overcome them. The chapter will also give recommendations about the difficulties the administration. 3.1 The Advantageous Help at the Internship. During the Internship, the practical help that we got as the trainees was the close relationship the administration staff maintained throughout the two-month internship period. The support they gave us in training enables us to do most of the work efficiently. The conducive working environment was also an advantageous factor that gave us all the needed resources and materials to carry out the work and learn. 16 College of Administration and Finance Sciences 3.2 The challenges during the Internship During the training period, there were many challenges in carrying out the tasks and activities. Building on so many employees, getting to them all was a challenge. 3.3 How I overcame the difficulty I overcame the difficulties I encountered in training by communicating with my colleagues and colleagues who have experience in management and they helped me until I was able to overcome all the difficulties through learning, training and practice 3.4 Recommendations for Improvement of College Programs for Training The college should increase the period of training so that the student has enough time to learn and acquire the practical skills necessary for future career advancement. 3.5 Recommendations to the General Directorate of Health Affairs The organization should develop a strategy to ensure that all trainees have access to all the resources they may need in training and to allow them to visualize what they are doing and doing in the training period. 17 College of Administration and Finance Sciences Conclusion In conclusion, the goal of the Directorate General of Health Affairs ensures a basic supply of health care in the world. In cooperation with the Department of Autonomous Resources, Finance, Accounts and all other departments within this department, they play a very important role in providing services to hospitals and patients in general and providing what is needed.
