Wrongful convictions is an important issue within the criminal justice system. One aspect that can contribute to wrongful convictions is unreliability of evidence proffered by witnesses. Eyewitness identification in particular can be extremely problematic. For this assignment, I’d like you discuss the issue of eyewitness misidentification and its contributions to wrongful convictions.
