Task/assessment brief : Critically evaluate theories and models that attempt to explain factors that influence individual and organisational change. Finish with an evidenced set of recommendations to a small medium or large enterprise or an organisation you are familiar with regarding pit falls to avoid and best practice to employ when under going a period of change. Harvard citation and referencing should be used through out. Suggested format: Arial 12 point text with 1.5 spacing between lines (Line spacing in tables can be spaced as appropriate).
