  • Conflict Resolution: Use conflict resolution techniques to mediate the discussion, propose compromises, and negotiate a resolution. Focus on  balancing the needs of development, marketing, and sales while managing  team dynamics and morale.

3. Resolution Plan:

  • Negotiation: Propose a plan to address the concerns raised by Alex, Jamie, and Taylor. This might include adjusting timelines, reallocating resources, or finding alternative solutions.
  • Implementation: Outline steps for implementing the resolution and maintaining team cohesion moving forward.

4. Post-Simulation Reflection:

  • Reflect on your performance as a leader, including how effectively you managed the conflict and addressed the needs of each team member.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of your resolution plan and discuss how organizational behaviour theories informed your approach.
