The introduction, The literature review has been done and the research methodology too, now needs to be done

– recommendation for action (i did not do anything yet)
– implication, limitation and future studies (one of the limitation is the number of interview ,15, the other one is that i am doing this on a big region that does not have the same problems everywhere, Europe, middle eat and Africa. what else ?
– conclusion (i would like to say that SHRM have to be included in a global plan for sustainability, SHRH is a part of the solution but not only, what else ?
