The database life cycle (DBLC) defines the phases for implementing a database. This week focuses on the logical design phase because that’s when you focus on creating an ERD and planning your architecture; however, the other phases are just as important and have a significant impact on the final product. Different DBLC models list different phases, but all are important.
Select another phase of the DBLC from any of the DBLC models. Explain the tasks within that phase and how the logical design phase is affected. Be sure to give a brief synopsis of the model you’re using and cite any resources.
