Need a 50-page Thesis using the following research question:
RQ: To what extent do the current policies and regulations support the Intelligence Sharing Environment, and how is the DNI empowered to synchronize all the intelligence agencies in the Intelligence Community toward an all-source approach?
I have attached two documents: 1) The approved research proposal for the initial guidance, 2) The formatting guide the Thesis needs to follow.
I am not attached to the framework described if there is a better way to execute it.
