The company wants to develop a core team who can perform to the level of company’s expectation to achieve its goals and mission. Currently 25 staff are working on a regular basis and considering future development plan the company board members are planning to recruit and develop some more staff in order to enrich the teamwork and ensure proper operations. To achieve this objective the company needs to hire ten more members of staff.
