On May 24, 2022 a shooter entered Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. He killed 19 students and two teachers. There are many details that remain unclear. Unfortunately, these mass shootings have become all too common. What policy changes should Texas make to limit the frequency and high casualty rates of such shootings in the future?
