Develop a monitoring plan to assess the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.
Criterion 1: Content

The rationale for the choices is well-developed, supported by critical thought, analysis, and extensive research. Considers organisational and community capacity effectively.
Criterion 2: Implementation Plan
Presents a comprehensive and well-structured action plan for implementing the identified risk reduction strategies. Clearly outlines the steps, activities, and timeline.
Criterion 3: Stakeholders and resources
Identifies responsible stakeholders and allocated resources comprehensively. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder. Provides detailed justifications for resource allocation.
Criterion 4: Monitoring Plan
Develops a comprehensive and well-structured monitoring plan to assess the effectiveness of the implemented strategies. Clearly outlines the indicators, methods, and frequency of monitoring.
Criterion 5: Presentation
Delivers a polished, engaging, and well-paced presentation within the given time limit. The content is effectively organised and communicated. Utilises PowerPoint and audio recording effectively as per instructions.
Criterion 6: Referencing CQU 7th Edition
Superior skill in correct referencing style; proficient in paraphrasing key comments; direct quotations used very sparingly.
