In this assignment I have been asked to analyse the issues identified to be surrounding one female patient admitted to the hospital during my clinical placement following a fall. The issues have been recognised to have ethical and legal implications. I intend to analyse the ethical and legal issues surrounding one of my patients that I came across while on my placement. I am planning to explore family culture, ethical theories and legal issues surrounding this case as well as HW obligations towards the patient.
