Question: You will select a project (might be a good idea to select a project that has lots of readily accessible information and that clearly faced somesignificant challenges) to assess its status based on Project Constraints presented in L05. Any ONE or all SIX constraints could be present in the selected project (the more the better!).

Once that is completed, please explain, due to the constraints you listed, how the completed project could not serve the need it was initiated for.
