Provide a succinct tile for your research. This comes from your research question. E.g If your research question is “What are the workload requirement for quality and safe nursing/midwifery care?” Then the topic can be Workload requirements for quality and safe nursing/midwifery care.

Formulation of the research question (based on a framework e.g. Population, Intervention, Comparator, Outcome [PICO]; Population, exposure, outcome [PEO]; Population, Context, Outcome [PCO]; Population, Phenomena of Interest, Context [PICO]).

Demonstrate how you formulated the research question by following the frameworks. Describe each component of the framework as they relate to your research topic. Provide a clear research question that includes all the components

Statement of the problem and justification for the project:

• What is the current clinical problem that requires your research?
• Why is it important to do this research?
• Why should we care?
• What is the significance of the proposed research topic/question? 

Search strategy 

Describe how you will search for evidence to answer your research question. Consider

• the framework used to develop your research question
• the inclusion and exclusion criteria
• the databases you will search
• the age of the papers (Not more than 10 years old)
• what methodologies you will include
