1. Identify and describe three types of qualitative research methods.

2. What qualitative research method have you decide to use and why?

3. Describe your sampling design. (Hint: qualitative data usually uses purposive sampling methods).

4. Describe the kind of relationship you intend to have with the informants. Will you be hidden, neutral, collaborative, or action-driven?

5. If you will develop or adopt qualitative research instruments (e.g. open-ended interview questions, open-ended surveys, informed consent agreements), describe them and the process of development/adoption, revisions, etc. These instruments may go as appendixes of your proposal.

6. Describe your intended qualitative data analysis procedures such as narratives, coding and interpretation.
