I am a Customer service agent for Louisiana Medicaid, background information on the company would be servicing the community of Louisiana for years I have only worked for the state for 1 year, I am currently a Human Resources major, which I intend to focus on moving withing the companies many opportunities of providing Human Services. I have overcome many obstacles mainly adjusting to being a single mother and managing time to work full time and pursue a degree.
