1. What is the name of the restaurant or hotel that you work at? If your articles are about hotels, then you must be a hotel employee. If your articles are about restaurants, then you must be a restaurant employee.

2.  Your job title(s) is/are (remember, you are reporting to your manager)

3. You and your manager have been talking about a new trend/topic in hospitality that might affect your hotel or restaurant.

4. What is the name of the Manager you are reporting to? This can be real or made up.

5.  What is the business questions you are trying to address in this report? What have you been asked to do? Paraphrase.

7. What are the advantage of bringing this trend to your hotel or restaurant? (look for three or more advantages in the articles) and refer to your summary. The answer should already be there.

8. Does anyone or anything benefit if your hotel or restaurant follows or adopts this trend? Who? (hotel? restaurant? staff? guests?
customers?) How? Why?

9. Write two or more in-text citations to support the advances you mentioned. Use at least one paraphrase and one direct quote. The
direct quote must include a paragraph number (Smith, 2022, para. 4). You can enter the same ones that you used in the summary, and add
one or two more.

11. Is anyone or anything negatively affected if your hotel follows this trend? (hotel? restaurant? staff? guests? customers?) Who? How? Why?
