You and your friends have decided to start Community Care Australia, which aims to provide support to disadvantaged communities in rural Australian regions to help them with everyday living and empower, for example through education. In the first planning session, your group recognises the need for certain technologies to help.

Questions

1. Describe what services your business will provide to the disadvantaged communities?

2. Identify and describe IT resources (Hardware, Software/Apps, Network, Database) you will need for your business. Provide justification for your choice and their roles in your business?

3. Identify the emerging technologies that can be used in your business What role will those technologies play in your business? How can these technologies create digital disruption in the context of your business?
