1. As a postgraduate student in the field of cybersecurity, your task is to conduct a word comprehensive standalone literature review. You need to critically examine, reflect on, compare, and identify the available research that has been conducted on the ethical challenges faced by professionals working in the field.

2. Ensure you include the complexities and implications of these challenges and whether or not an overarching ethical framework exists for the profession. Finally, identify what gaps, if any are present in the research you conducted.

3. To inform your response read the three (3) grey media articles provided in the links below. Once you have formed an understanding of the topic content, you are required to locate and read additional sources. Those sources must be reliable, relevant, reputable, academic papers and scholarly articles and should be used to inform the majority of your review.

Consequently, the importance of cybersecurity cannot be minimized and is now more important than ever. Cybersecurity professionals play a crucial role in protecting critical infrastructures from cyber threats and safeguarding the sensitive information it store. Placing enormous responsibility and subsequent trust on the individuals who are tasked with this duty. For the cybersecurity professional, it is imperative to realize that with this fundamental responsibility comes untold levels of trust and a multitude of ethical challenges that they are confronted with daily. These ethical challenges not only pose significant dilemmas for practitioners but for organizations and society as a whole.
