Question: The concept easier is usually split into its three primary categories. The first is distributive, which is not the focus of this discussion, and the next two are substantive and procedural justice.
Usually, most people fall into either one of two camps. They either prefer to maintain Substantive Justice, or they prefer Procedural Justice. In the Criminal Justice world, this can sometimes be loosely defined as either supporting the crime control model, or the due process model.
