This unit is designed to guide students in creating innovative products and services that exceed user and customer expectations. It offers insights into the creative and innovative design processes employed by leading thinkers while encouraging students to explore their own creative potential. Students will address specific design challenges and focus on user experience to develop practical solutions.

Task/Objective

Interest in the micro-farm concept has dwindled, falling short of its AU$22,000 goal. Your objective is to leverage your design skills to reimagine and reposition this proposed solution to enhance its appeal and utility for users and investors.

Deliverables

1. Wireframe Design Solution: Develop a wireframe design solution within 7 days.

2. Justification for the Design Solution: Provide a rationale for your design, explaining how it addresses user and investor needs.

3. Supporting Evidence: Present research evidence that informed your design solution.

In Workshop 10 (May 13th), participants will deliver a 3-minute pitch to a Workshop Facilitator outlining their improved design proposal. External students can participate in a 1-on-1 assessment via MS Teams on May 14th or 15th.
