1. Provide background information about the industry and the companies.

2. Present your research objectives by comparing two companies.

3. Use the Sentiment analysis tool to analyse the feedback about the products which were added by customers.

4. Visualize the results using Python, R, Tableau or Microsoft excel

5. Use three different types of analyses based on the social media data available. If not, enough data is available, the fourth or fifth types of analytics approaches should be selected. The 3 types of analyses can be chosen from
